| I'm really worried that I'll get my admission rescinded. So, for AP calculus, we are doing a bunch of practice tests, and my teacher is scoring how we do on the practice tests.
I'm horrendously bad at math, and so far, I've been getting 1's on all of the practice tests (yes, I know---I'm embarrassed for myself too)---I've missed all the review sessions for these tests because of college visits.
I've been studying hardcore for calculus, but if I don't raise my score to a 3 (which merits a B), I will get a D in his class for the quarter for getting 1s on my practice tests. I will get a C for getting 2s.
I'm horrified that I'll not do well again on my next and final practice test. Right now, it looks like I'm getting that D for the quarter. Since I got an 88 on my 2nd quarter of this semester, I will be averaging a high 80 and a D, which is probably a 70 in the worst-case scenario, so I'll be getting around a 79-ish for the semester.
Would Harvard rescind me for getting a 79---which is two points away from a D----if I get all A's in the rest of my classes?
