| A 1 is definitely not a best shot. It means you're not qualified at all. 2 means you're possibly qualified (and at least understood part of the material).
There really is no difference between a "best shot" and getting a 1 and Christmas treeing the test and getting a 1. It's all the same on your grade report. Similarly, barely making a 5 is the same thing as getting a perfect score. |
