To start off with nearly every person applying to harvard wlll have a 4.0+ GPA. Most people with 4.5+ GPA (with AP classes) and 4.0 unweighted will get rejected. What you need to do is find other ways for you to show your self merit. What you lack for in gpa try to make up for in your sat score. Def. join student gov. and try to compete for different kinds of national academic awards. No matter what spend as much time as possible on your essay.
