| Nothing brings me more joy than an increase in the agony of cadets, so long as it occurs after my time there has passed. Just remeber, it builds character, what doesnt kill you only makes you stronger, you'll be a better person for it, etc etc...
It'll all go by pretty quick and then you can look back and laugh, hell, I remember back when you could wear sweats in the mess hall for dinner (before the running suit, ohhh yeah). That one lasted all of one semester of my experience. In reality though, there is a reason for a lot of the stuff that seems stupid, you'll see it when you get out in the Army, because if it can be done, Soldiers will find a way to do it. If you think Cadets are bad, you havent seen anything yet. But yeah, I know it can be tough.
