| I think it all depends on who is providing the scholarship. Of the external scholarships I have received, 1/3 is payed directly to the college. The organization told me that they instruct the college to deposit it into my student account, and it will go towards tuition, room and board, etc. The other two are payed directly to me, but they are to pay for educational expenses and the organization relies on your integrity to use it to pay for tuition. |
