A local organization I joined when we moved has a group that sends periodic shipments to our assigned platoon. It's through Adopt A Platoon -- here's the link:

Let's not have a repeat of how so many who fought in Viet Nam were treated! You're right, ek -- take issue w/ the war itself, but don't take it out on those who are fighting it.
