| This may be a good place to ask this. I went to a CC for right out of high school, going full time the first semester then part time the second. After this, I took 2 1/2 years OFF of school and recently came back part time. While I regret this in regard to being behind in credits, it allowed me to save money and figure things out.
ANYWAY, I am committed to doing classes over the Summer and full time in the Fall. However, will the 2 1/2 year gap and part time semesters look poor when applying to UC's? I understand it was mentioned that they realize it takes more than 2 years for most students to complete IGETC or their GE requirements, but I'm not sure if a long hiatus would be treated the same way. Anyway, thanks for any info. |
