B.A in Architectural Studies vs. B.Arch

Hey,

I am very interested in architecture and I've wanted to go to Yale for a long time. I know that if I go to Yale, or any other school that only offers B.A in architectural studies, I will have to get a B.A in architectural studies. This means that I will have to get a M.Arch degree at a school of archicture. I know Yale College is not a very good school to pursue a degree in architecture, but that's just were I want to go for my undergrad years. Now, I know a B.Arch is 5-year program and that it's a first professional degree, also that I don't have to get a M.Arch degree. Which do you think is best? Should I take the B.Arch path or the B.A in architectural studies and then the M.Arch path? Any help would be very much appreciated. Please express your opinions in this topic. Thanks!
