Thanks for the DNC rules, tega. I misunderstood IDad's to mean that HRC should be awarded 50% of the delegates apportioned by the primary while awarding 50% of "undecided"'s votes to Obama, which of course would disenfranchise those, like me, who were told and believed their votes would not count; the rule goes only to how many delegates should be awarded, not to whom.
I have to (grudgingly
)agree that all the rules must be adhered to and, if in fact Obama did violate the campaigning rules in FL he cannot be awarded any delegates. I'd be interested to hear an Obama argument for his getting them though.
