i had previously submitted my SIR to cal but now i think i've changed my mind and want to go to UCLA

what happens if i submit SIR to both schools?

what i hear is that i have to notify cal of this and i just pay a penalty or whatever...

oh and... is it really worth going to berkeley for spring and missing out on the first semester of college for the berkeley business school............................................
