| Help! I have a problem with my housing application. does anyone else?
Alright so on 4/28 I started my housing application, but couldn't complete it at the time so I logged out. After that, I've logged back in and was able to still access my "applied/incomplete" application and make edits. But today, when I went to finish applying and submit my app, I got sent straight to the payment page and there was no way to access the actual housing app. Did anyone else get this? Or have you gotten it before? because I haven't finished my housing app and I don't want to pay, have a housing app submitted, and not get housing since I didn't have a complete application. also, I wanted to try for theme housing. I wrote an essay and everything and want to be able to submit it. I've no idea what to do right now so if anyone out there has any ideas or advice, let me know. I totally appreciate it. |
