I think I fall under Situation 8 under McGill's Legal Documents webiste:

<<At the time of registration or before the end of the semester, you have been residing in Quebec for more than three months and you have not resided elsewhere in Canada for more than three months since your arrival in the country>>

But heres the catch

Premise:
1) You were born abroad to a parent who is Canadian by birth - NO
2) You have never lived in Canada prior to now - NO
3) You have taken up reisdency in Quebec within 3 months of your arrival in the country - YES (i will be living on rez)
