| Same thing- you just get a bigger refund since housing is not deducted from your financial aid package.
Essentially, you will have pay your first month's rent out of pocket since your refund does not come until right before school starts.
As a side note, it is highly recommended to begin renting during June or July if your want to get a decent place. It gets pretty competitive around here. |
