Frankly if you are interested in architecture Harvard is less than ideal. Why not look at schools that offer a real architecture undergrad major like U VA or Columbia or Yale, or even a professional degree like Cornell or Carnegie Mellon?

(I'm a Harvard grad who got an M. Arch. at Columbia - as far as I can tell the undergraduate offerings via VES and the Art History Department are even slimmer now than they were then, though it does look like you can ask permission to take courses at the School of Design.)
