| i doubt you're eligible for the 3 months since it's first time FROM BIRTH, plus you need to understand that for those 3 months you can't study full-time at any accredited university.
i will study part-time my first year to obtain quebec residency. it's worth it for me because i plan on going to mcgill's med school, and its admittance rate for quebec residents was 57% last year in comparison to something like 9% for out-of-province and international students.
the tuition at mcgill is already pretty cheap, but resident tuition is still cheaper. |
