| i think i sent one during my application to umich (don't know if that one was valid though because we only send our financial certs after we are accepted)
so i sent another one just around 1 month ago thru courier. and got my i-20 yesterday
if anyone get theirs please reply because getting VISAs are pretty complicated and it is always good when there's someone to catch up with. (the letter says there is a bunch of documents to fill out and takes quite a lot of time to be processed).
