Shifting money into "non-reportable" assets is very dishonest...financial ad is for those who truly need the assistance, not those with a 6 figure income who have managed to squierrel away their savings into "hidden" accounts.
Also, spending down all available cash/assets: instead of spending it down, why not use it to pay the tuition costs??
