I've been reading through the mountain of paper that arrived the other day and I see in the "Important Information for the Class of 2012" booklet and on the Immunization Record that documentation of a Tuberculin Skin Test (PPD) done within the last 6 months must be included.

So, of course, my son hasn't had one, so we've got to get that done. Did we miss something somewhere? Was this ever mentioned in anything that we got before the PTR? Would have been nice to know before now that this is a requirement.
