If you want to get into art, transfer to the art school and major in art/design/whatever u want. You most likely aren't going to start a business in art right out of undergrad anyways, and the undergrad business courses won't be terribly helpful for you.

If after a few years of working you decide you need the business background, go back for your MBA. Schools will look favorably on the fact that you have an unusual background and a clear vision for what you want to do (although, that vision is not yet totally clear). Just make sure you keep a high undergrad GPA and do well on the GMAT.

There may even be schools that offer a dual mba/masters in art. (i've seen that with music).
