| Here is what I would like Clinton to do:
I would like her to continue in the race without attacking Obama, so that people can continue to be energized in the remaining States.
At the end of the process, I would like her to concede the primary and whole-heartedly embrace the Obama platform of "a new kind of politics". I would like her to explicitly state that she tried the "old kind of politics" during the primary and it didn't work, and that she was finally adopting the "new kind of politics".
I would like Obama to shower praise on Hillary and acknowledge that her presence in the race taught him a thing or two. At this point I would like Obama to offer her the Vice Presidency spot, and I would like to see her accept it.
That ticket would be unbeatable in the fall. |
