Speaking of lurking negatives for Obama, I'm wondering whether Michelle Obama will be unmuzzled at any point...the media loves her when they can compare her style to Jackie Kennedy. Not so much when people actually follow her around and listen to what she has to say or when they start poking into her professional life and dwelling on her compensation and the like...reinforcing the fact that with wives, it's all about looking good and keeping your mouth shut and NOT having a career. After hubby is elected you can safely endorse literacy or some other ladylike cause. |
