Brahmin, I got an email yesterday round 2pm, CA time.. The fact that you haven't received anything yet doesn't mean you're rejected, they do this things in couple of rounds.. Admit couple of people today, couple of people tomorrow etc.. Then they wait and see if those admitted from waitlist will enroll, if they don't enroll, they call next group... MAybe you should send them a polite email, asking what's happening, just to show you're interested and maybe they'll tell you more
And yep, I am an intl student, and we shall see how fortunate/unfortunate I was with FA
