Are there any musicians here aiming for top schools?
How do you show "passion" and "excellence" in music on your college resume without winning awards? I don't do music competitively, I do it for pure enjoyment. I'm a guitarist in a band which has become pretty successful. I am in two different jazz ensembles and I play in a classical guitar quartet, along with running/playing at a variety of charity shows, but I do not win awards for music. Is this a problem? |
