| Construction is a horrible job. You will be physically drained by the time you become 40. It's not a job you want to take out of choice.
If your math degree is useless, try getting a Master's in the sciences or engineering or computer science, or perhaps an MBA. It's not too late to get a degree in something with a practical application. If you're so inclined, you could even go to a professional school, like law school or medical school. Having work experience would definitely be helpful when applying, and with your grades, you'd definitely have a chance of getting in.
