| Although I was one of the ones admitted during round 1, I will state that UNC's admissions process is always complex and tortuous; therefore don't panic because he or she got a letter and you didn't. UNC takes their time--often in large doses--in selecting and sending information. So, don't panic. Good luck to everyone. I understand how stressful and difficult this is. In fact, I was one of the last ones to receive admission: 3 days after the "official release date," and three weeks after almost everyone else received theirs. There are still plenty of spots in classes, so nothing is lost. |
