| the CUNY honors programs are good options if you intend on going on to medical school, or other graduate programs, because you get a lot more opportunities than normal students, and you are recognized as the best students in the schools, the stipends and a free education are great!
However, I think if you plan on breaking into a lucrative industry like IB or Consulting, the CUNYs aren't a good fit, because there will be almost nothing in terms of recruiting. Baruch gets some finance related recruiting, but they are nothing compared to the top schools. So, in that sense it's not as good as attending a top 20-30 school, to which most of the CUNY honors students are capable of being admitted. |
