| Currently, UVa has a main computer system with most offices operating their own shadow system that "talks" to the main system. When the Office of Admission logs your deposit it, the admission shadow system will relay the information to the central system that night. From there, each other office's shadow system has to get the data. This takes a few days.
Just because admission has your deposit logged doesn't mean housing is ready to process your application.
Be patient. You aren't at a disadvantage if you just wait for the official information to arrive. |
