| At my high school an athlete I know got into Harvard with a 3.3GPA and a 1150 SAT. Conversely our Sal with a 1600/1600 and a 4.0UW got rejected from HYP, Dartmouth, and Columbia (went to Brown). Ivies have their own needs. But you'll need to be in a highly desired category (virtuoso, URM, athlete, really high powered legacy) to get in without top stats. |
