| According to the Princeton review: "What Tufts Students Say About... Student Body - Some students tell us that Tuft's reputation as a haven for the "Ivy League reject" is accurate. Others vehemently disagree. "The Tufts Ivy complex is over," argues one student. "Anyone here could get into Cornell!" Students describe themselves as "genuinely nice," "painfully liberal," and "very goal-oriented." They are "laid-back" and only "competitive with themselves."
Tufts, unfortunately, has had this "ivy rejection" reputation. I know I have read about it on this message board, but that does not mean the kids who choose Tufts and are there are not loving it!
On the other hand, I am sure there are kids at Tufts who chose Tufts over an Ivy, and I know there are kids at G-town who chose G-town over any ivy - 2 from my d's h.s. including my d.
Considering Tufts has a Dental school, and that is Milkmagn's interest, I think she made the right choice for her college years.
Good luck. |
