How old are you? 18.

Do you sometimes have trouble concentrating on what you’re doing at the moment? Rarely.

Do you sometimes have trouble sleeping? Sometimes, but only if I've screwed up my sleeping pattern.

How often do you study? Only when I absolutely have to.

Do you more than often not get the grades that you are hoping for? Yep. Of course.

When to comes to dating, are you sometimes worried about meeting someone and having a relationship with them? Hm. No. I'll generally only engage in a relationship if they DON'T "worry" me. Meeting people I'm fine with. I've only ever been in one "serious" relationship and I'll admit that scared me a bit - I tried to cut and run a few times.

Have you ever been in a situation that compromised your sexual well being? (i.e.-any form of sexual harassment, etc.) No.

Are you good at maintaining relationships with your friends? Yes, I'd say. Never dropped out of contact with anyone I didn't want to and I can't remember ever having a fight with any.

Do you drink alcohol? If so, how often do you drink? Once, twice, sometimes three times a week. But that's usually just a few casual beers at the pub with mates. "Big nights" are only once (on rare occasion, twice) a week. (Remember that the legal age here is 18).

Pertaining to Spring Break—when that time of the year comes along, are you stressed about it? No. That's like a contradiction of terms.

Have you ever has suicidal thoughts? No.

Have you ever known someone who has had suicidal thoughts? Yes.

If you had to, would you seek out professional help? Yes.

Have you ever been diagnosed with a mental health problem? No.

Are you currently taking medication for a mental health problem? No.

When you hear the word ‘family’, what are the first thoughts that come to mind? Mum. Josh. Hugs. Happy.

When it comes to financial problems, how do you handle them? Sensibly. I make sure I'm never in debt, and when I am only up to a level I'm absolutely sure I know I can handle in the near future. I don't stress myself out about it. Money isn't the biggest of life's problems.

Overall, on a scale from 1-10 (1 being not at all stressed, 10 being highly stressed), how stressed out do you feel? 2 - 3, I guess. I'm not skip-free, but no where near unhappy. I'd probably say, today, three because I'm nervous about a job interview and my recent lack of work.

If you feel like you have anything else to say regarding your level stress, please say it here. Stress less people, particularly at this age. They're the best years of your life. Or so I'm told.
