That helps. I live in NY so some schools here would be, St. Lawerence University (SLU), Syracuse University, Hofstra University, SUNY Canton, SUNY Postsdam. The SUNY schools are fairly easy to get into, but offer what you want. SLU, Syracuse, and Hofstra all offer what you want but may be reaches. Some other schools in the Northeast that I know of would be John Hopkins University (reach for you), Arcadia University in PA, and Mulhenburg.

Arcadia had some programs called MAP programs. These programs require one year of study abroad. But they do have other majors that do not require study abroad. They do offer the programs you want and from what I know Arcadia has pretty good med. school placements.
