| Have you talked to an admissions counselor or a counselor at the department you're interested in? They are the ones who know for sure in your case.
Generally they say that it's possible for unimpacted majors, and rare-to-impossible in impacted majors. I was told I can switch, but then the major I want is not an oversubscribed one. |
