I've already paid my deposit for Binghamton, but a few days ago, RPI notified me that I've been accepted off the waitlist. I'm not sure where I'd like to go. RPI is better at engineering, but the male to female ratio is 3:1. I feel like I'd have a better social life at Binghamton. Two of my close friends are going there. I'm paying around the same for both schools. It comes down to social life vs. better school... or am I wrong? How much more would going to RPI over Binghamton do for my future(grad school, career)? I'm not entirely sure I want to do engineering, either. How would you compare these two schools? Thanks.
