We just sent our request in to Interlochen. My d is a junior in hs, flute is her instrument. Luckily, her teachers recognized a couple names. She also went through to see what schools they were affiliated with...especially where they are teaching hoping to make more contacts with schools.
I would not hesitate to send an email to teachers. We would have done the same thing.
Best wishes. My d is so excited to be going. She will be glad when she can focus only on her music. End of the school year is so hectic. |
