| I think she would actually deserve it more than the other 20,000 if she was able to be admitted without playing to the colleges' interests and doing worthless EC's and all that. And it isn't like Stanford is the perfect place for everyone, I'm sure that the OP could be equally as happy and/or successful at UCSD. Stanford is a great option to have, and I'm sure OP made a great choice, but it isn't like it as obvious of a decision... Idk, if dukebluedevils is at stanford I wouldn't want to go there.
