Anyone else read the part about "the response to our initial offers of admission was higher than we expected"?
I thought, wow, that's obviously a lie... do they think we don't communicate? Stanford adcom already said that the yield rate was lower than expected, but they still like to tell us that it was actually higher to make us feel better...
I'm off to Caltech, then! Part of me is really glad I didn't have to give up Caltech. |
