No worries, I don't think you're trying to bash to UVa.
From what I've gotten about Access UVA is that the University (once you've matriculated) does try to help you out. I had friends who thought they might have to drop out because of the cost, and the Financial Aid Office sat down with them and helped them to stay at UVa.
