Can you cancel an AP score after you see your grade?

Can you do this? I'm pretty sure you can't (which sucks), because on the College Board website you need to call in by June if you want to cancel your scores.

Also, I have a question about being a National AP Scholar. The College Board says you need an average of a 4 on all exams taken and a 4 or 5 on at least 8 exams. Does this mean you need to have gotten at least a 4 on every exam? Or just have an average of a 4? For example. If you got one 2, but then 5s on 10-12 more exams, and that averaged out to a 4 for all of your exams. Would you be a National AP Scholar?

Thanks!
