If you think that the teacher did something major to influence the scores of your whole class, then it's the right thing to rat him out.

Realize the consequences of such a decision. The teacher may well get fired, the students may get their scores invalidated just because of a few words. It's definitely not very good if they find out that you were the one who contacted the ETS.
