Man, I cannot sleep before answering this one.

.200 Faradays = moles of e- flowing.
Since Ni2+ is become Ni solid, two electrons are moving per Ni, so .100 mol Ni.

But I am shaky as heck on this, so if someone could affirm or explain, PLEASE do so.
