This is a useful categorization but I'm not sure the list is complete or up to date.
According to Michigan (Ann Arbor)'s website, they still use Rolling Admissions but have added an Early Action (or "early response" in their parlance) option, guaranteeing an answer by Dec 21 for applications received by Oct 31. Otherwise, admissions decisions are made in waves, generally within 8-12 weeks of application, with a final application deadline of February 1.
