| Right. It's very difficult to be considered independent if you don't meet the criteria, but it can be done. Generally speaking, it's not likely to happen - certainly not for folks like the OP. However, it is important to know that it's possible - DLP 108 and others who have unique situations do have an avenue to pursue. |
