Also, assuming that someone without the proper paperwork (i.e., an illegal immigrant) is not breaking the rule or the spirit of the law by not paying taxes, is it fair to prosecute U.S. citizens for not paying taxes? What if U.S. citizens decided to renounce their citizenship and continue living in the U.S. only as an illegal. |
