Because they don't HAVE the choice to go home and have a prosperous life. That is what I object to, the forcing, by corrupt governments of vulnerable people to undertake the dangerous migration. As far as our "immigration attorney" is concerned, the reason I referenced Mexicans and Guatemalans is that I can speak for those groups after having worked closely with them for more than 20 years. I don't speak for groups of which I have no personal knowledge. But that attorney should feel free to make assumptions and presumptions.
