| Yeah, AppleCare doesn't HAVE to repair accidental damage/negligence. CompleteCare (Dell) does.
I also agree that Apple store quality varies- the one closest to me has nice, attentive staff who want to help. The next closest one is horrible, attempting to blame any problem (including defective internal parts) on the user. It varies... |
