| well, honestly, I lived on the Women's hall my frosh year, so that was single-sex (except when girls snuck their boyfriends in the shower...) so that was no biggie.
Basically, it's weird the first couple weeks, but you get over it. Have you ever shared a bathroom with your sibling? same deal. There are individual stalls for toilets, individual stalls for showers (w/changing areas behind curtains), a bank of sinks, and a wall of cubbies.
Janitors come through at least every other day, maybe every day, i'm not sure what the current contract is like. It's nearly always nasty Sunday nights, however, because it's not cleaned on the weekends and people tend to be especially nasty those times (drunk people don't aim well...)
Long story short - it's weird at first. you'll get used to it. |
