Certainly cut down on many of the inconsequential ECs. After that, you have a solid list of activities and awards.
As for Harvard, with a B average, I'd say very little chance... If you were to dominate the SAT, you'd have a bit of a better chance, but still not particularly good (maybe 30-35%).
Dartmouth is possible if you score well on the SAT -- maybe 2150+. If you do so, and with solid SAT II scores, I'd say you might have roughly a 45-50% chance.
If you score at least about a 2050 on the SAT, I think you'll get into NYU (55-60%), University of Rochester (65-70%), and Howard (70-75%) with that legacy. |
