don't worry, that's exactly what happened to me. i did not decide on my major until my second year, and i finished all the prereqs in that year. if you're planning on being an econ major, you can cross off the mgmt 1a, 1b, and econ 101. example:

FALL
Math 31a
Econ 1

WINTER
Math 31b
Econ 2

SPRING
Econ 11
Econ 41

and if you haven't taken the writing II class, you could throw that anywhere in there. it won't be a difficult class.
