| A bunch of people at my school do this and I think that is the normal sequence (?), at least at my school it is. Basically, BC just includes some extra topics that aren't in AB, but overall it has a lot of the same material. Even on the BC test you get an AB subscore. I know the people in my school who took it reviewed AB for half the year and then learned the BC topics about 6 weeks before the test... apparently they thought it was really easy.
