Just among the ivies: Cornell and Brown have spring transfer options.

Cornell allows spring transfers to all colleges and programs with the following exceptions: The College of Engineering, Landscape architecture programs, the 5-year architecture (unless you have completed 2 years in an accredited architecture program).

For Brown, all programs accept spring transfers except PLME. Though note, whether spring or fall transfer, at Brown the transfer deadline is still March 1 (Brown Admission: Transfer Students, though that still doesn't really make sense to me.)
